Volume 2, No. 1 “What’s On Sale?”

Times are tough. Honestly, not nearly as tough for me as for many, many others but not that great for anybody. Contrary to what seems to be trending, I still care about what is happening to “other” people, even if it doesn’t directly impact my day to day. Go figure! Despite what some might want us to believe, life is more expensive than it used to be. “Compared to when?”, you might ask. My frame of reference goes back a ways, but certainly compared to pre-pandemic days. All those things that went sky high due to changes in demand and “supply chain” difficulties. (Who ever came up with the “supply chain” excuse was one smart capitalist!), never came back down. Funny how that happens, huh?!
